Becoming irresistible

This is a fringe event as part of the inaugural Cambridge Tech Week 2023, bringing together the knowledge, insight and experience of this region’s tech community to fuel innovation and foster connection.

St John’s Innovation Centre, Innovate UK EDGE, Taylor Vinters and tech executive search firm Bailey Fisher are collaborating on an event for Thursday 11 May that will offer invaluable insight into the ways in which founders of tech businesses can recruit and retain talent effectively. The session will share advice on:

• corporate culture/purpose
• hybrid working/4 day week
• DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion)
• vacancy marketing
• hiring practices
• the challenge of overseas recruitment to secure talent, plus related immigration issues.
