Becky joined the John Lewis Partnership in 2009 as a graduate trainee, securing her first Branch Manager position in Leighton Buzzard, before leading a variety of branches across the UK. Today, Becky leads a Partnership-wide transformation programme to 78,000 employees, refreshing and embedding their 100 year-old organisation’s Purpose; ‘Working in Partnership for a Happier World.’ The work has been recognised externally by the CorpComms Awards, winning four awards, for best embodiment of corporate purpose, best employee engagement and best internal comms campaign.

Graham is a technologist who founded Photobox in 2000, growing it to become Europe’s largest personalisation company, acquiring several companies along the way including Moonpig. He now advises on growth and entrepreneurship, and works pro-bono in the areas of social & wealth inequality, climate change and under-represented founders. He sold Photobox for £400 million.

Today Simon is the founder of HelpBnk, a platform that helps people learn how to start and scale a business for free. Recently he launched EntrepreneurHouse.com – a place people can stay for free, eat for free and learn business for free alongside other like-minded people.
