CPCA Social Impact Investment Fund

The Social Impact Investment Fund (SIIF) is a £2.375 million initiative supporting charities and social enterprises in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) and managed by Allia, SIIF aims to provide financial assistance through grants and loans to help these organisations grow and deliver positive social outcomes.

The fund offers three types of funding:

  • Grants (£10,000–£25,000) for early-stage social ventures
  • Social loans (£10,000–£75,000) for growing enterprises
  • Revenue Participation Agreements (RPAs), a model where capital is repaid through a share of future revenues.

SIIF supports social ventures focused on creating social impact, reducing inequalities, and contributing to economic growth. Eligible organisations must be based in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region, have a social impact mission, demonstrate financial viability, and use the funding for capital projects aimed at growth or expansion.

To apply, organisations must submit an Expression of Interest, followed by a full application and due diligence. Approved projects receive funding and must report on financial performance and social impact.
