Social Venture Incubator @ Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation A long-term incubator helping social ventures build sustainable impact and grow
The Cambridge Social Ventures Incubator is a 6–12 month programme supporting early-stage social ventures to start, grow, and scale their impact.
Delivered by the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School, the incubator provides tailored support for ventures combining a strong social mission with a sustainable business model. It works with a wide range of ventures, from early-stage ideas to organisations preparing for growth.
At the core of the programme is a dedicated business advisor, typically an experienced social entrepreneur, who works closely with each team to build strong foundations. Alongside this, participants receive training, expert advice, and access to networks that help them refine their model, measure impact, and prepare for funding.
The programme focuses on helping ventures move towards financial sustainability while embedding and protecting their social mission. It supports ventures in accessing finance, developing governance structures, and growing their reach and impact.
