ProQure - Scaling UK Quantum Computing Call - Partner Cultivation and Engagement Event

What is this event about?

With an available budget of up to £1 billion, the purpose of the UK Government’s multi-phase ProQure programme is to identify, grow and deploy world leading quantum computing capabilities that would drive economic growth and social impact in the UK beyond 2030.

Until 29 May 2026, potential participants can apply for up to £14m through phase 1 to develop, build and validate second-generation quantum computing hardware and software in order to: ✔ accelerate the growth in user adoption and developer ecosystem ✔ validate technologies and architectures to scale performance of the current state of the art quantum computers ✔ deploy operational testbeds for independent evaluation and verification ✔ accelerate the growth of enterprise operations and industrial capabilities to deliver economic and societal impact in the UK.

Why should you attend?

To build and strengthen connections for potential collaborators, Innovate UK is inviting the quantum computing ecosystem to Southwark, London on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 to learn how to align with the aims of the wider ProQure programme and gain insights as to how to improve their approach for the programme and understand what is expected in a strong proposal.

How can you get involved?

The event and complementary B2Match Platform offer an ideal way for members of the UK quantum sector to discuss cooperation and partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders and establish a meaningful collaboration pathway as part of the wider ProQure programme.

By attending the event and creating an account on the B2Match Platform, you can take part in targeted matchmaking, gain insights, and position your organisation for future large‑scale quantum computing developments in the UK.
