CPCA Investment Fund Social Impact Funding for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
The Social Impact Investment Fund (SIIF) is an initiative led by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA), supporting charities, social enterprises, and SMEs across the region.
Delivered in partnership with Allia and The FSE Group, the fund offers a mix of grants, loans, and equity investment to support organisations at different stages of growth. Allia provides grants of £10,000–£25,000 and loans of £10,000–£75,000 for early‑stage ventures, while The FSE Group offers larger loan and equity funding typically between £100,000 and £500,000 for businesses with clear commercial potential.
Funding can be used for activities such as product development, market expansion, hiring, and scaling operations. Eligible organisations must demonstrate a clear social impact, a viable growth plan, and financial sustainability.
The fund is open to organisations based in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region, with a focus on enabling growth and improving access to finance. Applications begin with an Expression of Interest, followed by a full application and due diligence process.
