The Postdoc Academy supports postdocs to realise their full potential through four pillars of activity:
• Information – bringing postdocs the information they need when they need it
• Community – fostering a sense of belonging for all postdocs
• Advocacy – working with the community to solve issues
• Professional Development – helping postdocs develop for their current role and beyond
Postdocs can use the three Postdoc Centres (at Mill Lane, Eddington and the Biomedical Campus) for free for hotdesking and events. You can also subscribe to the Postdoc Bulletin and the Postdoc Calendar for events and opportunities, take part in our professional development training designed specifically for postdocs, and expand your professional network through colleges, societies and our mentoring programme.
